Roles & Responsibilities

• Support laboring patients with compassion and expertise
• Promote vaginal birth opportunities tailored to patient preferences
• Assist with advanced procedures such as IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, and PP hemorrhage management
• Circulate in the operating room and collaborate with the surgical team
• Utilize the JADA system and nitrous oxide for patient comfort
• Provide postpartum care and facilitate donor milk availability
• Collaborate with a dedicated midwife and CRNA team to personalize each birth experience

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
• Fetal monitoring proficiency
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery or Obstetrics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to spin babies and use STABLE techniques
