Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care during labor and delivery
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in fetal and maternal status
• Assist with epidural placement and other obstetric procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Educate patients and families on birth plans and postpartum care

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• 2+ years of labor and delivery experience
• Proficiency in IV insertion, lab draws, and blood administration
• Strong teamwork and AIDET communication skills
