Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring patients and their families
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, responding to any changes immediately
- Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and other obstetric procedures
- Perform immediate newborn care and assessments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and specialists
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
Qualifications
- 2+ years of L&D experience
- High risk obstetrics experience
- Immediate newborn care proficiency
- Active NRP certification
- Current BLS/ALS certification
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
- Circulating experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in fetal monitoring and interpretation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of Cerner and Fetalink EMR systems
- Adaptability to dynamic clinical environments
