Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns in a 15-bed LDR unit
• Circulate during cesarean sections and assist in surgical procedures
• Administer and monitor IV medications such as magnesium sulfate for high-risk patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced Level III NICU environment
• Assist with epidurals, spinals, and other obstetric procedures
• Utilize advanced fetal monitoring and electronic medical records (Meditech)

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• AWOHHN Fetal Heart Rate Intermediate certification required
• Experience circulating c-sections and scrub role preferred
• Proficiency in IV drips including magnesium
• Strong EFM and high-acuity patient management skills

• Neonatal resuscitation and postpartum care
• High-risk obstetrics management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
