Location: Lufkin, TX

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 4 shifts per week, including every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and PCU settings
Monitor and manage patients on ventilators and BiPAP
Titrate vasoactive drips such as Levophed, amiodarone, heparin, and propofol
Collaborate with intensivists and hospitalists to develop care plans
Float between ICU and PCU units as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Minimum 1 year recent critical care experience
Ability to titrate drips and manage complex cardiac and respiratory cases
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in critical care nursing
Proficient in titrating vasoactive and sedative medications
Knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
