Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to a diverse patient population in a 26-bed MICU
Monitor hemodynamics and manage airways for critically ill patients
Administer moderate sedation and perform CRRT as needed
Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU registered nurse hospital experience
Active BLS, ACLS and NIH certifications required
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
Prior travel experience to large trauma facilities is a plus
Proficiency in Sono IV and CRRT strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

ICU nursing expertise including critical care protocols
Strong hemodynamic monitoring and airway management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Adaptability and a positive attitude in challenging situations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
