Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional critical care to patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assess patient conditions with precision
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond quickly to emergencies, using advanced critical thinking to stabilize patients
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain a safe, compassionate environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas (temporary licenses not accepted)
• At least 2 years of critical care experience
• At least 2 years of hospital or travel experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Willingness to float to other ICU units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in critical care nursing and advanced life support
• Experience with central lines, bronchoscopy, and bedside trachs
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Knowledge of CRRT (Prismaflex) is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
