Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend and every other holiday (EOW/EOH)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
- Support and educate patients and families during challenging times
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Iowa or a compact state
- Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
- Previous ICU experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate weekends/holidays
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical thinking and quick decision-making in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of ICU protocols, ventilators, and monitoring equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate patient advocacy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
