Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor vital signs, interpret telemetry, and respond quickly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and support ventilator-dependent patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to create and adjust care plans
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, offering comfort and education during stressful times
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe, healing environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• ICU nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and health screening

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical thinking and quick decision-making in high-pressure situations
• In-depth knowledge of ICU equipment, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilation management
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and care teams
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to changing patient conditions
