Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor and assess patient status using GE monitors and Alaris pumps
• Administer medications and assist with procedures such as cardioversions and bronchoscopies
• Support advanced therapies including CRRT and Impella
• Document patient care accurately in MediTech
• Collaborate with charge nurses, unit secretaries, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes
• Float to telemetry as needed to support patient care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to change
• Neuro and trauma experience preferred, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical care assessment and monitoring
• Proficiency with cardiac drips, ventilator management, CRRT, and Impella
• Knowledge of MediTech documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability
