Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, including every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced Med Surg ICU
Monitor and interpret telemetry strips and titrate vasoactive drips
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Manage patients on ventilators, CRRT, and other advanced equipment
Participate in rapid response and codes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Ability to work rotating shifts and every other weekend
Willingness to float to all inpatient units except Maternity/NICU

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in titration of vasopressors, paralytics, and sedatives
Skilled in telemetry interpretation and central line management
Familiarity with CRRT, Impella, balloon pump, and CVP monitoring
Strong critical thinking and teamwork abilities
