Registered Nurse - Home Health & Hospice
Location: Williston, North Dakota
Start Date: 06-01-2026
End Date: 08-31-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with on-call rotation for evenings and weekends
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of clients and families to determine home health needs
- Develop and implement care plans, including setting goals and incorporating therapeutic nursing actions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide health care instructions to clients and families
- Coordinate client care and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS certification required
- Experience in Home Health and Hospice care
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Home Health and Hospice care
- BLS certification
- HomeCare HomeBase EMR system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
