Shift Type: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents at Casa Real
Administer medications and monitor patient responses with precision
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
Document clinical information accurately to support continuity of care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact license
Current BLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and patient monitoring
Comfortable working in long-term care settings
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Ability to build rapport quickly with residents and families
