Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process
Provide compassionate nursing care within Department of Nursing Standards
Assume leadership responsibilities by delegating work to other team members
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal healthcare regulations
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patients in a critical access setting

Qualifications

Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certification required prior to start
Less than 1 year of experience welcome to apply
Current state nursing license upon acceptance
NRP, ATT, and TNCC certifications preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of the Nursing Process
Skilled in patient care and delegation
Comfortable working in a critical access hospital environment
Ability to adapt to varied day shift schedules
