Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced emergency department
• Perform triage and assess patients using AIDET principles
• Document patient encounters accurately in Cerner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Coach and mentor junior staff in real-time
• Adapt to various ED units, including trauma and stroke care
• Maintain patient safety and uphold department policies

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in an emergency department
• ACLS certification required before start date
• BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications required before start date
• Experience in Level 2 trauma and comprehensive stroke centers preferred
• Strong teamwork and coaching skills
• Flexibility to work across all ED areas
