Location: Gainesville, FL

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 4x10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, including call rotation
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate during complex cardiovascular surgeries including CABG, TAVR, and VATS
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient vitals and manage intraoperative care
- Maintain sterile field and assist with surgical instrumentation
- Document patient care accurately in Meditech system
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong circulating skills and proficiency in cardiac procedures
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in circulating for open heart and minimally invasive cardiac surgeries
- Proficient in CABG, TAVR, VATS procedures
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced OR environment
