Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day shift (with options for 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) plus 2×12‑hour and 2×8‑hour rotations; one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required each week

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing care for GEN/GYN/GU/Pediatric and laparoscopic surgeries
• Coordinate surgical instruments and supplies to ensure seamless case flow
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the OR team to maintain patient safety
• Document intra‑operative events accurately in the EMR system
• Assist with robotic surgery setups when needed
• Respond to on‑call duties and support night‑shift coverage as required

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Minimum 1 year of peri‑operative experience
• Experience with EMR documentation
• Familiarity with robotic surgery preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in EMR and OR documentation
• Understanding of patient safety protocols
