Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide total care for critically ill patients in a 10-bed Oncology ICU
Monitor and titrate drips, manage ventilators, and perform CRRT as needed
Perform dressing changes, trach care, and other critical nursing interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Float to other ICUs, PCU, and BMT units as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
Strong skills in titrating drips and ventilator management
Experience with Bipap and CRRT preferred
Transplant experience (kidney, pancreas, liver) is a plus
ACLS and BLS certifications required

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and patient monitoring
Dressing changes and trach care
Ventilator management and Bipap
CRRT and transplant care experience preferred
Compassionate, team-oriented, and good rapport with physicians
