Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data to inform nutrition plans
• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and NFPEs
• Provide outpatient counseling and education to patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Document patient progress and outcomes in Meditech Expanse

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Comfortable performing NFPE
• Experience with outpatient counseling

• Nutritional assessment and counseling
• NFPE techniques
• Meditech Expanse EMR usage
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
