Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments that make a real difference in patients lives
Collaborate with oncologists and care teams to create personalized treatment plans
Operate advanced radiation equipment with skill and confidence
Monitor patient progress and provide compassionate support throughout their journey
Maintain accurate records and ensure safety protocols are followed every step of the way

Qualifications

Active Radiation Therapist license in Virginia
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in radiation therapy
Strong knowledge of treatment planning systems and radiation safety
Excellent communication skills and a caring bedside manner

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with linear accelerators and treatment planning software
Understanding of oncology protocols and radiation physics
Ability to work independently while being a great team player
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and comfort
