Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Current state Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Passage of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation techniques
• Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Patient education and motivational interviewing
