Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, developing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Assist in the assessment and evaluation of new patients, ensuring quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California.
• Valid California PT license.
• Minimum 0 years of experience (entry-level welcome).
