Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to residents, ensuring optimal recovery and quality of life.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evidence‑based practices.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve shared goals.
• Document progress, outcomes, and care plans accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and self‑management strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a valid Florida state license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in senior living or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care.

• Assessment and evaluation of musculoskeletal conditions
• Therapeutic exercise prescription
• Manual therapy techniques

• Documentation and charting in electronic health records
