Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current state Physical Therapist license in Maryland
• Passion for delivering high‑quality patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No minimum experience required; new graduates are welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation techniques
• Proficiency in outcome measurement tools and documentation software
• Understanding of insurance and billing processes for PT services
• Skilled in patient education and motivational techniques
