Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Valid state PT license
• Minimum 0 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation
