Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, develop individualized treatment plans, assess progress and adjust interventions, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, maintain accurate and timely documentation, educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with valid Massachusetts state license, Class P-PT, minimum of 0 years experience.

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment, therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, documentation proficiency, effective communication, teamwork, time management.
