Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet patient goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Document all interventions and outcomes in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Advocate for patients’ needs and ensure high quality of care

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Minimum of 0 years of clinical experience (preferred 1+ year)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic health record documentation
