Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and update patient therapeutic status
- Develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans
- Instruct patients and caregivers in therapeutic appliance use
- Report patient progress and reaction to treatment
- Supervise homemaker/Home Health Aides
- Participate in peer consultation and staff competency assessment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- BLS certification required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
