Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on their individual clinical needs
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Deliver direct physical therapy services to restore function and mobility
• Document patient services accurately and on time
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families
• Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications

• Hold an active state Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain one
• Bring strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Be comfortable adapting to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with care teams and families

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program, DPT, MSPT, or BSPT
