Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans
• Deliver meaningful therapeutic interventions that support mobility and independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and recovery goals
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with the care team to promote safe, effective patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist qualified to practice in Mississippi
• Ability to provide safe, effective, patient-centered physical therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to accurate documentation and professional clinical practice

• Physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
• Therapeutic exercise and functional mobility techniques
