Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate physical therapy care that helps patients regain strength and confidence
• Evaluate each patient and build personalized treatment plans that truly move the needle
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training and functional activities
• Document progress accurately so the whole care team stays in sync
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and long term wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and fellow therapists to achieve the best outcomes
• Adapt treatment approaches as patients progress toward their goals

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
• A genuine passion for helping patients reach their highest level of function
• Strong communication skills and a team first mindset
• Ability to bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques and manual therapy approaches
• Comfort with electronic medical records and documentation
• Great time management to keep your caseload flowing smoothly
• Empathy and patience when working with patients at different stages of recovery
• Collaboration skills that make you a valued part of any care team
