Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them regain strength, mobility, and confidence
• Build and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that truly fit each patient
• Document care accurately and on time so every patient's progress is captured clearly
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Techs in line with practice acts
• Partner with interdisciplinary care teams and families to surround patients with support
• Keep safety, infection control, and regulatory standards front and center every single day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapist license, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility and a positive attitude when adapting to new facilities, schedules, and patient needs
• A genuine passion for helping patients move and feel better

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques

• Clinical documentation and compliance
• PTA and Rehab Tech supervision
