Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to coordinate care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
• Experience in supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs is a plus.

Education

• DPT/MSPT/BSPT from an APTA-accredited program

Knowledge & Skills
