Bill Rate: $124,800.00/year

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care and evaluates functional needs and outcomes
- Designs and implements individualized plans of care for patients
- Conducts therapy practices within defined standards of care
- Directs support staff to achieve patient goals
- Communicates effectively with other professionals and support staff
- Maintains accurate documentation and updates patient records
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Washington State license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred
