Shift Type: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday or Monday - Friday, flexible schedule
Hours per Week: 38
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat SNF patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
Qualifications
- Active CA PT License
- SNF experience preferred, mentorship available for 0-1 years of experience
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
Education
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
