Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them regain function and confidence
• Build and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and on time so every patient story is complete
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in line with state practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to surround patients with support
• Uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards every single day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state PT license, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
• A genuine passion for restoring mobility and improving lives

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Patient evaluation and clinical assessment
• Treatment plan development and progression
• Direct patient care with a compassionate touch
• Clear, timely documentation practices
• Supervision and mentoring of PTAs and Rehab Techs
