Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to help patients reach their mobility goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Mississippi or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
• Previous rehab or acute care experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for helping others

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices
• Skill in developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Strong documentation and communication skills
