Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and function
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with regulations
Adapt treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient

Qualifications

Active Ohio Physical Therapist license in good standing
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Previous clinical experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices
Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Skilled in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
