Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait training
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and discharge summaries in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's preferred)
• Passage of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
