Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, tailoring individualized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique goals.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, self‑management strategies, and injury prevention techniques.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with both short‑term and long‑term rehabilitation patients is a plus.
