Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patient mobility and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait training
• Document patient progress accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Entry‑level experience acceptable (0+ years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation techniques
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
• Understanding of insurance and billing guidelines for PT services
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
