Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 ten-hour shifts per week, with flexible scheduling

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy services
Manage a caseload of approximately 8-10 patients per day
Treat patients with developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Utilize a warm water therapy pool for therapeutic interventions
Occasionally assist with inpatient acute care
Collaborate with a supportive team including a PT manager and PTA

Qualifications

Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
Some pediatric experience required
Ability to work within a 60-mile radius of Fort Morgan

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric and adult outpatient therapy
Skills in treating developmental delays, autism, and torticollis
Experience with orthopedic conditions
Ability to work in a flexible, self-directed environment
