Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one physical therapy care that helps patients move, recover and thrive
• Evaluate patients and build personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and functional training
• Educate patients and families on home programs that keep progress going after discharge
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and fellow therapists to coordinate the best outcomes
• Document treatments accurately and on time so nothing falls through the cracks
• Celebrate every milestone, from first steps to full return to daily life

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Mexico or the ability to obtain one before your start date
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• Prior outpatient or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but new grads with solid clinicals are welcome to apply
• A valid NM caregiver account is required, and we will help you navigate that process
• Willingness to bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at the facility
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine love for patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfort with manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Strong communication skills for working with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams
• Time management and organizational habits that keep documentation current
• Adaptability and a team-first mindset in a new environment
• A genuine desire to keep learning and refining your craft
