Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build personalized treatment plans that get them moving again
• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise to restore strength, mobility, and confidence
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies
• Document progress clearly and accurately to keep care coordinated across the team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Track functional gains and adjust treatment approaches to keep every patient moving forward
• Create a warm, encouraging environment where patients feel motivated to push toward their goals

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in outpatient or skilled rehabilitation settings is a plus
• A team-first attitude and genuine passion for patient progress
• Must bring state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
