Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for ortho, vestibular, neuro, and balance patients
Collaborate with a dedicated team including PTAs to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy license
BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred
Minimum of 1 year outpatient experience (highly preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong background in orthopedics, vestibular rehab, and neuromuscular conditions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage 9-11 patients per day effectively
Proficient in evidence-based practice and treatment planning
Adaptable to a fast-paced outpatient setting
