Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Develop individualized care plans to help patients reach their goals
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in the EMR

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon (compact license accepted with permanent license obtained promptly)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ASHA, CHT, ACP Training (per facility requirement)
• New grads welcome; less than 1 year of experience accepted
• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
