Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one physical therapy care to a diverse outpatient population
• Build personalized treatment plans that help patients move, heal and thrive
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and functional training
• Track progress and adjust care plans to keep every patient moving forward
• Document patient care accurately and on time using clinic systems
• Collaborate with a supportive rehab team to deliver the best possible outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Complete required credentialing and documentation steps with the client before your start date

Qualifications

• Active and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
• Washington and Alaska accept a valid Compact License, so travel-ready PTs are welcome
• Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable, new grads are encouraged to apply
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required
• Additional certifications listed include ACLS, PALS, NRP, ASHA, CHT and ACP Training
• Must not have worked perm or PRN with this client within the last year
• Previous traveler history with this client is welcome, eligibility will be verified
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
