Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varying shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy to a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with BPPV, falls, and geriatric issues
Perform comprehensive evaluations and document patient progress in EMR
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTAs and rehab techs
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and fall prevention strategies

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience
Experience with EMR systems
Strong clinical skills in ortho, neuro, and vestibular rehab

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation techniques
Vestibular rehabilitation and BPPV treatment skills
Geriatric care expertise
Proficiency in EMR and documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Patient education and fall prevention strategies
