Location: Kendallville, Indiana

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
- Complete patient visits efficiently using a point system
- Utilize a tablet for tracking time and visits
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license
- Experience with Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
- Ability to work independently in a rural setting
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use technology for tracking and documentation
