Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 patient-centered care in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage a caseload of 9 patients per day with 45-minute one-on-one sessions
Collaborate with a supportive team including PTAs and rehab aides
Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT License or Compact License required
Current BLS certification from AHA
Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic evaluation and treatment
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
Proficiency with outpatient therapy documentation systems
Passion for helping patients regain function and independence
